Interiors of the apartment in Skotniki
The main idea of the project was to create a comfortable interior inside the existing layout of the apartment. Functional scheme consists of two parts: representative zone and private zone. It was important to gain as much sunlight as possible, while there was no possibility to increase or add new ones. In entrance hall glass walls and doors are designed. It provides thermal comfort without visual division of spaces. Soft furniture in the living room has bright, colourful fabric and together with a fireplace and round tables complement the design of the room. The main material used in master bedroom, instead of white, is natural timber. An additional room is equipped with a sofa in strong, yellow colour and a desk. Because the whole apartment is designed in bright colour scheme, as a counterpoint bathroom was chosen. Texture of dark tiles is brought out with the use of linear lighting, hidden in the suspended ceiling.
