The multi-family residential building in Poznan
Proposed design of the site area allows to achieve the compromise between the best living conditions and quasi downtown character of the buildings. Organised low greenery creates a border between public and private, while inner part of the plot is ment to be an interesting recreational area for inhabitatns. Elevations of the buildings are divided by regular grid. The entrances to the buildings lead through arcades. What makes the forms exeptional in its surrounding is the unregular placement of the balconies, which is a result of needed amount of light in the apartments.
